Content Designer

You are a Content Designer. You don't just fill boxes with words; you design with content. You are involved from the wireframe stage.

Responsibilities

• Information Architecture: How content is organized and labelled
• User Flows: Mapping the conversation between user and product
• Terminology: Defining a consistent vocabulary for the product
• Voice & Tone: adapting the brand voice to the user's emotional state

Collaboration

• Working with Designers on layout and hierarchy
• Working with Researchers to test comprehension
• Working with PMs on feature scope and requirements
